Invoice Payments

1.1 Conversion of an invoice or a credit note in monetary form is categorized as a form of an invoice payment.

1.2 Each of the following types of transactions is a form of invoice payment:

• Any income received against an invoice, e.g., check, cash payment, or bank transfer
• A refund made against a credit note
• A payment received directly by an account receivable account
